塑料袋PE胶袋生产工艺的特点介绍

按制作工艺分为：PE平口袋、自封袋、夹链袋、信封袋、冲孔手提袋、手挽手提袋、拉链袋、PE膜。

1、PE平口袋为简单的制作工艺，由机器吹膜后，再到制袋机上面切成一个一个袋子，底部封口。

1. PE flat pockets are a simple production process, which involves machine blowing the film and then cutting it into bags on top of the bag making machine, with the bottom sealed.

2、自封袋是由机器吹膜的时候带一个骨条，可手动封口。不同于夹链袋，一般这两种袋子容易混淆。

2. Self sealing bags come with a bone strip when blown by a machine and can be manually sealed. Unlike chain bags, these two types of bags are generally prone to confusion.

3、夹链袋是由PE膜，在上面加上2条夹链条（此夹链条是另外单独出来的）制作而成的袋子，袋子两边一般有比较宽的压痕，而自封袋没有。自封袋印刷颜色少，而夹链袋可以印刷复杂图案。

4、信封袋是像信封一样有个舌头，在舌头上贴上一条胶条，折过来可以将袋子封口。一般服装类用的比较多。还有快递袋其实也是信封袋的一种。

5、冲孔手提袋就是在平口袋顶部适当位置打个孔，以方便将袋子提起来。
